Party Rules and Regulations 

 

All party renters and their guests must comply with all of the following policies and procedures of Frontier Bowl. The policies, procedures, and agreement may be amended at Frontier Bowl’s sole discretion. 

 

1. Deposit. Any rental of space for a private party must pay a 50% deposit toward your party total to securely hold the desired date. If the party goes over the scheduled rental time the party renter will be charged additional hour fees.

 

2. Cancellations. A full refund will be issued on cancellations made 48 hours prior to your party date & time. Parties canceled less than 48 hours, will not be refunded their 50% deposit, but the party date may be rescheduled within 60 days. No refunds will be given after 60 days. 

 

3. Rules.  All attendees MUST wear bowling shoes (or socks if sizes not small enough) on the bowling lane approaches, including adults. Bowling shoes are not allowed to be worn outdoors. Only children (12-) are allowed to throw 6lb and 7lb bowling balls. There is a $70 fee for damaged children's balls.

 

4. Food.  NO outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in the facility, with the exception of a STORE BOUGHT or LICENSED BAKERY, dessert for party guests.

 

5. Damage. Any excessive damage done to Frontier Bowl or property will be billed to the renter for either replacement or repair. 

 

6. Personal Property. Frontier Bowl is not responsible for personal belongings. It is the sole responsibility of each person entering the facility to be responsible for all belongings. Under no circumstances will the bowling center take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen property, personal or otherwise. 

 

7. Safety. Parents of children who are invited guests are completely responsible for the well-being and behavior of their minor while on the premises of Frontier Bowl.  

 

8. Time. You can be assigned your party bowling lanes 10 minutes before your scheduled party time and are expected to vacate the party area/lanes 10 minutes after your scheduled party time. If you wish to continue bowling after your allowed party time and there is a waitlist, you will need to leave your party lanes and be added to the end of the waitlist.

 

Notes: 

• Ball ramps are not provided. 

  • *Please state, if accommodations are needed for wheelchair.​

• Please keep balloons at back tables, they tend to get stuck in the ceiling fans. 

Extra guests can not be added to your package. If you have others with you, they will be treated as walk-in open-bowl customers. They will be assigned an open lane or put on the waiting list and pay open bowl pricing.
